Dr Chong Seng (Mark) Ong

Dr Chong Seng ONG (Mark) is a specialist anaesthetic consultant for multiple years. Since receiving his Medical degree in 2004 from the University of Melbourne, Mark went on to complete his Fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists in 2012.

Mark currently holds public appointments at the Austin Health and Monash Health as a consultant anaesthetist. He is constantly engaged in anaesthesia for various types of complex surgeries, as well as patients who belong to different age groups, who may or may not have complex medical histories. Mark’s areas of specialty interest include anaesthesia for spine and brain operations, vascular surgical procedures, and regional anaesthesia.

A passion for travel and has his roots originally from Singapore, Mark appreciates communicating with people coming from all walks of life. Mark is enthusiastic, dedicated to his work, amicable, patient and highly approachable.

Dr Tze Ping Tan

Dr Tze Ping TAN (Ping) graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2004 and was the Kate Campbell prize winner for Neonatal Pediatrics in his final year.


He was trained in Melbourne under the Monash Anaesthesia Training Scheme with clinical rotations at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Royal Women’s Hospital and Fellowship Training at Royal Melbourne Hospital.He furthered this training by becoming the inaugural fellow for ambulatory and regional anaesthesia at the University Hospital Network, University of Toronto, Canada.
 

Dr. Tan currently works as a VMO Anaesthetists at Eastern Health and Monash Health. In the private setting, he works at a variety of private hospitals including Epworth, St. Vincent’s Private, Knox, Valley Private and Peninsula Private. 

Dr. Tan had published in national and international peer-reviewed journals on anaesthesia and perioperative management in spine and bariatric surgery. His current area of focus is providing anaesthesia to patients having bariatric surgery, complex spine surgery, ENT and gynaecological surgeries.

Dr Jayakumar Rangaswami (JK)

Dr. JK Rangaswami, a 1997 graduate of the esteemed Manipal Academy of Higher Education in India, relocated to Australia to continue his passion for Anaesthetics. He received recognition as a Specialist Anaesthetist in Australia and is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. He has previously served at Goulburn Valley Health as a staff specialist, but now resides in Melbourne, where he currently holds the position of a Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) at Eastern Health whilst concurrently working in several private hospitals.

Dr Inamul Rahiman

Dr Rahiman is melbourne trained Anaesthetist through the Monash Anaesthetic Training scheme.

During training received the Junior Doctor of the year in critical care medicine 2021. 

2 years of total ICU experience during training. Completed 2 fellowships in General Anaesthesia and Regional Anaesthesia. 

 

Full time staff specialist Monash Health Network. 

 

Interests: Regional Anaesthesia, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgical, Thoracic and Upper gastrointestinal.

 

Qualifications:  MBBS BHSc FANZCA 

 

Memberships: AMA, ASA, ANZCA

Dr Jane Low

Dr Jane Sheng Jia Low graduated from the University of Melbourne and continued her Anaesthesia specialty training in the Monash Anaesthesia training scheme. She also completed a fellowship in Obstetrics Anaesthesia in Mercy Hospital for Women and also an overseas fellowship In Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong.


Dr Low is currently a VMO Consultant in Eastern Health and also works in various private hospital. She is also fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Dr Usah Kolandaivel

Dr Kolandaivel has been a Specialist Anesthesiologist since 2007. She was born in India and obtained her medical degree at Madras Medical College. She has been working as a Consultant Anaesthetist at Goulburn Valley Health and Shepparton Private Hospital since 2012. 
 

She has a special interest in paediatric and bariatric surgeries and strives to provide holistic health care with safety and compassion being her top priority in the perioperative setting. She currently resides in Shepparton with her family.
